Shenzhen Meishi Electric power LNG gasification station installation and commissioning

Project Introduction: In 2005, international oil prices rose rapidly and remained high for a long time. Shenzhen Meishi Power's GT13E2 unit (240MW) was forced to implement an oil to gas conversion project due to the high price of oil fuel used. The project includes the construction of eight 150m3 LNG storage tanks to store LNG transported from Xinjiang Guanghui Liquefaction Plant more than 4000 kilometers away, and after the liquid phase in the station is pressurized to 40bar, it is gasified by water bath gasifier and then pressure regulated to enter the gas turbine.

Transformation of DLN low nitrogen combustion system in Unit 9E of Shenzhen Nantian Electric Power

Project Introduction: In 2012, the local environmental protection bureau reduced the limit standard for NOX emissions from gas turbines from 100mg/m3 to 50mg/m3. Shenzhen Nantian Power was required to upgrade the water injection nitrogen reduction system of the PG9171E gas turbine to a dry low nitrogen combustion system (DLN). After 25 days of intense construction, the NOx emission concentration of the renovated combustion system remained stable within 30mg/m3, exceeding environmental emission standards and achieving good results.

Project Introduction: Due to design defects in the shaft seal system of Wuhan Dunkou Gas Turbine Power Plant, the defects have become increasingly severe over time. Therefore, the system needs to be modified to eliminate safety hazards. During the technical preparation phase of the contract, we conducted multiple actual surveys and comprehensive evaluations and analyses of the operating system under different operating conditions. Eventually, we adopted a targeted technical renovation plan to modify the current operating system and achieved good results, solving the problems of gas leakage in the sealing system and water emulsification in the lubricating oil.

Project Introduction: The first 13E2 unit of Shenzhen Nantian Power Plant is a large-scale gas combined cycle unit imported from ABB, Switzerland in the early 1990s, with an installed capacity of 240MW. The original design considered the sulfur corrosion problem of using light diesel oil, so a single pressure design was adopted in the combined cycle. After switching to natural gas, the outlet exhaust temperature of the boiler reached 180 ℃, resulting in significant energy waste.

Project Introduction: After fully utilizing Dapeng LNG, Shenzhen Meishi Power Plant carried out oil to gas and black start renovation on a backup 6B unit. Shenzhen Nantian Power 220KV GIS, network control room relocation and renovation project

Project Introduction: This project is a turnkey project. Due to the development needs of Nantian Power, it is planned to relocate the 220KVGIS power station (11 intervals in total) and its supporting protection and RTU system to a new location about 300 meters away. This project requires cutting the excess part of 20 220KV high-voltage cables on one side and re laying them for use, while ensuring that the original equipment is not damaged.
